      原理介紹

      無銅點擊化學反應,即菌株促進的疊氮炔環加成(SPAAC)是一種生物正交反應,利用一對試劑,即環辛基和疊氮化合物,它們彼此有效地反應,同時對羥基、氨基和硫醇等天然官能團保持惰性。SPAAC能夠通過形成穩定的三唑,在水和其他復雜的化學環境中標記各種各樣的生物分子,而無需任何輔助試劑。在眾多已知的環辛基化合物中,二苯并環辛基化合物(DBCO)是一類具有相當快的動力學和良好的水緩沖穩定性的試劑。在生理溫度和pH范圍內,DBCO基團不會與許多生物分子中天然存在的巰基、氨基或羥基發生反應。DBCO-PEG4-琥珀酰亞胺酯是一種常用的通過氨基修飾將DBCO基團引入生物分子的試劑。靶點科技分銷的ClickChemistryTools的DBCO-PEG4-NHS Ester,是高效率的DBCO 琥珀酰亞胺酯。
